Here, you’ll immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of the Chianti Classico region, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills. Along with a guided tour of the cellars and a wine tasting, you will enjoy a traditional Tuscan lunch featuring local specialties such as pecorino cheese, artisanal cold cuts, homemade pasta, balsamic vinegar, bruschetta, and extra virgin olive oil.
Next, we will continue and pass the medieval village of Montalcino, renowned for its stately fortress and breathtaking views over the Valley. Just outside Montalcino you will be visit a second boutique winery family owned to experience an exclusive tasting of the celebrated Brunello di Montalcino wine, one of Italy’s most prestigious wines.
Our journey continues through the rolling hills of the Val d’Orcia, the very landscape immortalized in the film Gladiator, before arriving in Pienza, a Renaissance masterpiece often called the “ideal city.” A true jewel of art and architecture, Pienza is also famed for its world-renowned pecorino cheese, a tradition that perfectly embodies the harmony between culture and gastronomy in Tuscany.
