This tour offers you an exclusive wine tasting in a Medieval cave dating back to Etruscan period, 600 BC. This secret location is the only accessible with a reservation, having one of a kind experience and tasting the best wines from Sienna's region including Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti Classico & Super Tuscans.
This unique Medieval Cave has been discovered only 12 years ago while renovating a Building and has been sealed for centuries. Archaeologist from University of Siena has stated that the cave was used by Etruscan population more than 2600 years ago and the original tool marks from Etruscan are still visible in the walls of the cave.
During the tasting you will taste the famous Brunello di Montalcino wine nominated best wine in the world by the prestigious magazine Wine Spectator 2024.
