During this in-depth tour of an organic, family-run winery, you’ll learn the ins and outs of Chianti Classico. Tour the scenic vineyard and sample three different red wine varieties inside the atmospheric on-site cellar. Pair your tasting with fresh cheeses and salami and virgin olive oil, all made from fresh regional products.
Our tour will start from Siena, famous for its splendid examples of Gothic architecture and the Palio horse race. You can admire the suggestive Torre del Mangia, enjoy the scenic views over the old town and be impressed by the imposing Cathedral, one of the finest achievements of Italian Gothic.
Next stop will be Monteriggioni. Here you will to discover the history of this magnificent Fortress from the 13th century.
Final stop will be an organic, family-run winery. Here you’ll learn the ins and outs of Chianti Classico, tour the scenic vineyard and sample three different red wine varieties inside the atmospheric on-site cellar. Pair your tasting with fresh cheeses and salami and virgin olive oil, all made from fresh regional products.
