Our beautiful day will start in SAN GIMIGNANO, famous for its white wine, the world renowned Vernaccia, and its 14 medieval towers still intact. This small medieval town is also home to the world winning ice cream shop, nominated as best Gelato in the world, on your free time you can try the famous saffron flavor. Your Tour Guide will give all the historical information before you start strolling around the narrow streets and admiring the relaxing landscape.
Next stop will be SIENA, famous for its splendid examples of Gothic architecture and the Palio horse race. Here your Tour Guide will give you a tour around the suggestive Piazza del Campo and its Torre del Mangia showing you the hidden gems that this city has to offer. Visit Piazza del Duomo and be impressed by the imposing Cathedral, one of the finest achievements of Italian Gothic. Before leaving Siena you will have free time to discover local shops and enjoy a Traditional Tuscan lunch in a Michelin Guide Restaurant.
Last stop the hilltop gem of MONTERIGGIONI, with its beautiful walls. Here you can enjoy the history and relive the atmosphere of olden times. You can also select the option to have a wine tasting in a organic farm dating back to 16th century and taste some great Chianti Classico wines (this option is not included and can be selected on the tour window)
