If you are in Siena you can't miss Ricciarelli. Ricciarelli (first confectionary product to receive in 2010 European tutelage) are in made with a base of almonds, sugar, egg white, enriched with a mixture of candied fruit and vanilla.
Lastly, Panforte which, in terms of calories does not fear competitors, made with honey, spices, mixture of flour, almonds and hazel nuts.
